*He has a varying diet depending on what his goals for his body are.
When he wants to shed some; low calorie foods such as whole grain foods which are also less sugary.
*Normally, he takes; white meat,lean protein,soy products
*Of late he has gone a bit vegan thanks to his new babe Amber Heard.

Workout;
*Pushups
*Bench presses
*Dumbbells training
*A bit of heavy lifting
